For Skin Cancer information, click here   BBC Radio Solent Daisy Appeal The Wessex Cancer Trust in association with BBC Radio Solent Daisy Appeal has purchased a holiday Caravan at Waterside in Weymouth. This will now enable the Wessex Cancer Trust to provide a choice of two holiday breaks for cancer patients and their families.   Fingerprinting Cancer Appeal On 5 September 2007, the Wessex Cancer Trust launched an appeal to raise funds with which to purchase a state-of-the-art mass spectrometer.  This equipment will accelerate research at the University of Southampton into new means of detecting cancer at a very early stage from blood samples.  To learn more of the project please click here; to view a copy of the appeal leaflet including how you can make a donation to support this exciting research, please click here.
